Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using rysnology.com (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us
The Site is owned and operated by Watershed Marketing Group LLC, doing business as RYSN, a Washington State limited liability company. References to “RYSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Watershed Marketing Group LLC.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree not to:
•  Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
•  Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
•  Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools to access or collect content from the Site.
•  Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
•  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product formulations are subject to change; the most current ingredient information is always available on the product detail page.
All products are intended for personal use and gifting only. Resale of RYSN products purchased through the Site — including on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms — is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders or accounts associated with unauthorized resale activity.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you submit your order is the price you will be charged. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the RYSN brand identity — is the property of Watershed Marketing Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for the purpose of viewing and purchasing products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYSN disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Our product descriptions and educational content are for informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. If you have a skin condition or health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Watershed Marketing Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Product Safety and Reactions
Our products are formulated and safety-assessed in accordance with applicable cosmetic regulations. We recommend performing a patch test before full application, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
If you experience an adverse reaction to any RYSN product, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please also contact us at hello@rysnology.com so we can assist you and document the feedback.

10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We want every RYSN order to arrive beautifully and on time, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship and what to do if something isn’t right.

Shipping
Free standard shipping. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.
Expedited shipping. Expedited options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout at the customer’s expense. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping rates apply; delivery times may be longer than continental US estimates.
Canada. We ship to Canada via USPS or UPS. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Standard shipping (US): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited 2-day (US): 2 business days after dispatch.
Overnight (US): 1 business day after dispatch.
Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. During peak periods such as holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer. We will communicate any known delays.

Packaging
Each RYSN order is carefully packed to protect your products in transit. We use protective inner packaging and sturdy outer cartons. If you are sending a gift, let us know at checkout and we will omit the packing slip.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@rysnology.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographs if the product arrived damaged. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

RYSN is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Returns
We stand behind our formulations and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy reflects that commitment.
Unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Skin reactions. We understand that skincare is personal and that even well-formulated products may not suit every individual. If you experience an adverse skin reaction to a RYSN product, please discontinue use and contact us at hello@rysnology.com. We will work with you on an exchange or refund, and we may request the product be returned for quality review. We ask that you also consult a healthcare professional if your reaction is significant.
Products that don’t meet your expectations. If a product simply isn’t working as you hoped, reach out to us within 30 days of receipt. We would like to understand your experience and will work with you toward a resolution — whether that’s guidance on application, a product exchange, or a refund where appropriate.
Final sale and promotional items. Products purchased as part of a final sale, promotional event, or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a defect or our error.
Canada returns. For orders shipped to Canada, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including any applicable duties or customs fees associated with the return shipment. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can guide you through the process.

How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
1. Email hello@rysnology.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
3. Ship the product(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until the return has been processed.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received, you may place a new order for the item you would like. We do not currently offer direct exchanges in a single transaction.

Founder’s Circle and Founder’s Inner Circle Orders
Members of the Founder’s Circle and Founder’s Inner Circle are subject to the same shipping and returns policy as all other customers. Your permanent discount applies to all eligible purchases as outlined in your membership terms.
